Maintenance Service Program
The Program Includes:
Clean the vacuum system manifolds, valves, valve blocks, & spec tube (analyzer cell)
Install new seals, exchange ion source assembly (collectors), install new filaments as needed
Check function of hi-vac turbo pump
Check function of roughing/foreline pump(s) and change pump oil (if mechanical vane)
Pump rebuild services provided if required, additional fees may be incurred
Clean cabinet & clean/replace all filters as needed
Check & optimize all functional parameters; confirm operation of circuit bds & pwr supplies
Exchange Calibrated Helium Leak Standard, NIST traceable certification documentation provided
Tune & calibrate system to helium; Leak Check System.

Operator Workshop Syllabus
The Mass 4 Service Basic Operator Training Workshop is an intensive, one day workshop that provides practical, hands-on knowledge along with basic vacuum fundamentals. A solid understanding of basic vacuum system function, along with customized knowledge pertaining to your in-house leak detector(s) and processes to encourage each operator to become more proficient at leak check processes.
Recommended for Leak Detector Operators, Production Leads, Quality Personnel and Lab Technicians who use the leak detection equipment, or supervise leak detection processes.

Convenient, reliable and cost effective: our in-house shop or trusted partners will rebuild your vacuum pumps to OEM specs.
Rebuilt pumps have a 6 month warranty. Reasonable turnaround times, some models may be available on an advance-exchange basis.
We rebuild most helium-stable vacuum pumps:

The National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST), U.S. Department of Commerce, recommends recalibration of standard leaks annually.
Our partner lab uses NIST test 281901-12 to re-certify your helium leak standard. As part of our annual service agreements, NIST calibrated leaks are exchanged with like scale leaks at the time of service to minimize your down-time. All leaks are labeled with serial number, leak rate, calibration date and provided with a written certificate of compliance.
